Shipping Policy

Welcome to Lilly's Valley! We're thrilled you've chosen our hair care products. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process, which operates exclusively within the UK.

Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods. We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Once your order is processed, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

UK-Only Shipping

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. This includes mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team at lillysvalleycustomerservice@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at lillysvalleycustomerservice@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, please attach clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, in accordance with your consumer rights, will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Lilly's Valley is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize your address is incorrect after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been shipped, we will do our best to assist you.

Cancellations & Returns

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
